We are IntelleWhyze Solutions, a company operating in Jamaica ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We operate IntelleWhyze Solutions, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By sending us any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Services ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Submissions for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

- use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services without authorisation;

5. User-Generated Contributions
The Services do not currently allow users to submit or post content publicly. However, we may, from time to time, provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide content and materials to us or through the Services (collectively, "Contributions").
By submitting any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
- you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit such Contributions;
- your Contributions do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- your Contributions are not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable; and

By submitting any Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and otherwise use such Contributions for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your use of the Services or delete any content or information that you have posted at any time, where reasonably necessary, in our sole discretion.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering or creating a new account under your own name, a false or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if acting on behalf of that third party.
In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. The Services may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors due to maintenance, system failures, or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services, or from your inability to access or use the Services.

10. Governing Law
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Jamaica shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Jamaica and administered by the Dispute Resolution Foundation of Jamaica (DRF) in accordance with its rules.
The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Kingston, Jamaica. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of Jamaica.
12. Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to descriptions, pricing, availability, and other content.
We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
13. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the lesser of:
- the amount paid, if any, by you to us; or
- one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00).
Nothing in these Legal Terms shall limit or exclude liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the laws of Jamaica.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with:
- your use of the Services;
- your breach of these Legal Terms;
- any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms;
- your violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights; or
- any harmful or wrongful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you interact through the Services.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

Digital Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Method
All products sold through this website are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Policy
Because our products are digital and access is typically provided immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
We do not generally offer refunds once course content or digital materials have been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, except in the circumstances described below or where required by applicable law.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive access to the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days after you notify us.
- Technical Defect: A verifiable technical problem prevents you from accessing or using the purchased content, and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
